First Beginner Quilting Class
Pajama Party 2013
Our classes are held at the Huron Conservation Club in Huron, OH. These are FULL day classes
(8-10 Hrs) with the option to continue on the second day, if necessary, with no additional fee. We have plenty of room to accomodate our 8' tables, our extension chords with strips, our elevated cutting tables, our irons and ironing boards, and our large design wall. We can use the full size kitchen and the bathrooms are SPOTLESS! Outside picnic tables are provided so our quilters can enjoy their lunch while viewing the acres of farmland that surround the club or there is plenty of space inside, if the weather does not cooperate!
What a night to remember...we made pajama bottoms, slippers, pillow case, drink cozy and T-Shirt applique'...Stayed over night and even watched some scary movies and of course POPCORN!!
These ladies enjoyed sewing and quilting their table runner from start to finish!
We learned several ways to make circles...we then created a table runner and 4 placemats!
What a great bunch of quilters!! We stayed the whole weekend at the Mohican State Park Lodge! We offered 2 classes and these ladies really went to town on their sewing machines! We met a lot of new quilters and made new friends...see more photos in our slide show on our Home Page!
